Good Evening

Kabu, our snowstorm is supposed to start about midnight.  It's been so cold here.  Our temps have been below zero since yesterday.  I don't like any of this, and I can't wait till it's over.  I'm glad Jim is doing better.  Stay warm!  Sadie is tired of this weather.  She wants to go outside and play.

That's great how Jim can be visited at home instead of having to go to the clinic.

The snow hasn't hit us yet either. It is projected to begin later today. I would be thankful if it didn't come at all. The freezing temperatures are horrible to deal with when going outdoors. Stay safe and warm.

It seems to be getting better for Jim and the load may be getting a bit lighter on your shoulders. This is hopeful news.

Edema can be tough. I was surprised she was seemingly indifferent to his heart damage. I thought that edema was caused because the heart doesn't work like it should. I was wondering if they have him doing exercises to strengthen his calves and ankles since it is a result of the blood not getting back to his heart.  I would think an exercise regime would benefit him tremendously.
