Well Kabu . I am sorry to tell you that in my own experience that old men are nearly always grumpy. Except me of course. Well it could be worse of course. My sister's husband just sits in a chair all day and mostly sleeps He was always a good natured chap but he just loses things and she has to attempt to deal with everything which is tough because he used to do all the bills and correspondence.🌺

The best part of that post is what you said about the new health care visitor. It may be a sign that things will improve. As for your crabby hubby - I would not be so patient. Today should be a better day. Stay cozy.

I am sorry to hear that you are being treated this way. You do not deserve that kind of treatment from anyone, especially a person that you take such good care of when nobody else would. I'm afraid I would have yelled back and told him where to go and how to get there.

Kabu.....
I have a feeling he treats you like that because he just really does not know what to do to fix things. Getting older is so much harder and there is practically nothing that is really going to make it all better ever again. But I am so sorry that you have that kind of treatment from him that you have to deal with. I have a distant relative that is acting like that, and I know with her it is because she is scared.

Jim is on my nerves. You do not deserve this kind of treatment from him or anyone for that matter. You are his partner not his maid. Nor his punching bag so to speak when someone else upsets him. You know your worth and he needs to treat you so much better!
