Perhaps the customer's hands were wet , but still a good thing to get trade in all weather.

No doubt they froze together with this recent deep freeze. It's a good thing that you have patience. I would have tossed them in front of the heater vent.

and the nights here anyway, are really very cold. I have been staying in doors as much as possible.

Being as how the laundry here is coin-operated, I would just love to be able to get bags of quarters that held $1,000 so they would last for a while.   The banks seem to have limits as to how many one buy at one time and they run out so fast.

I think it was smart to go slow. Haste always creates problems.
