I think it serves us best as we get older to not be counting the days but make every day count. I adore that you spoil him but he knows the 'rules' as well. I don't like cats in yhe tsble as well. In the event something were to happen you will never be stranded because i always live in a 3 bedroom home and I would be happy to have you as a housemate!

Graysome is an awesome little boy. He would not do well without his mama for more than a few days, let alone for six months. It is wonderful that you have taught him manners. I am a believer that animals should not walk on the counters or the table. Other than those places, they should be welcome to be at home by lounging on the bed or the couch. 81 is the new 61. You are still a youngster!

That is how I feel about animals, too. Growing up, I could not imagine being six months away from my pets.

Good Morning
I love what a nice life Mr. Graysome has. I believe he is very fortunate. I think you are all happy where you are now. I hope Jim continues to improve, and by spring, he will be able to spend some time out in the sun. Are you having a party for your birthday? It's going to warm up today, and our high will be in the 60s, but then the temps will drop again. Have a good day.

Somewhere in the Bible, it says that three score and ten years is allotted to people to live. That birthday for me is long past and in another six months I'll be working on four score and ten. I'm not sure how well I will like that. I have had four falls since Mother's Day. but so far I'm still smiling.
