You sound just like my wife. She gets in a serious cleaning mood on weekends and special occasions. So I try to clean up more when she is in clean mode. I also love to tip whenever possible. Blessings to you and Jim. Living with our loved ones is not always easy.

How thoughtful on the bonus. I have been tidying up all day as well. I like it nice and clean fir Christmas, too. It makes the decorations look better as well. I hope you have a tree-mendous Christmas!!!

I've been enjoying catching up with you here today... You encourage me to consider straightening up this place when I just haven't got the mmmph to get out decorations and drape them about the place. It might yet happen... and then they'll be up until Valentine's Day.

I can just feel that sigh of satisfaction that comes when it all looks like it's supposed to. I've never been the housekeeper my mother was - too many other things to distract me. 😍
