I have heard that the true character of a person comes out in times of crisis. It's a shame, but outbursts have a way of showing us a side of a person we would rather not see.

.....We humans do so often really mess things up.....sometimes even when we react with good intentions or without really thinking about what we might be saying or what might be the outcome of the intercourse. working close day after day with someone can have it's moments. Occasionally, I had to let someone go when years ago, I had a coffee shop.
