Most of our snow is gone. I'm not looking forward to any more of the white stuff because it takes work to shovel it off the walkways. Writing a book for your family will be a wonderful keepsake for them to treasure. It is a caring and thoughtful gift. We learn a lot from our elders when we take the time to listen. Enjoy your day.

Well I though I had better make the effort and stagger back to visit you. We have all had something that weakens the resolve. Archie's wife sent me a lovely looking cake filled with cherries and fruit, but I wonder if I should eat it as they are they are both groggy.
Once I could have put it outside and it would have been devoured in a day ,but
I hardly see a small bird. A few crows and hawk types and they appear very nervous.
My sister had one eye fixed, but she still says she cannot stand the bright sunlight.
I expect it makes a difference not having a film over the eye. A grand idea writing your
memoirs for the younger family members. One must keep the mind active or go under.
My neighbors are visiting Australia they have a son who married an Australian girl.
The husband said he preferred Christmas at home as he always liked turkey.
Be care not to fall, A good idea is to get some pads that save the hips if one does accidently trip up.
