CCT.....
.....When I have a few pounds to spare I try to eat less, exercise more and get rid of them as fast as I can. When you are as old as I am extra pounds make the joints hurt, among other ills. Oh, I see you mean a different kind of pound. Well, at my age I seldom have extra of those.
