It is so crazy what you and Judy had to endure! Nurse Smith is a horrible human being. She helped put Judy through a lot of unnecessary emotional turmoil! I truly wanted to slap her and being a Quaker, I'm very passive but like you I had my breaking point!

Having had a little experience with the treatment and care given to folks with mental health issues or aging, I totally get your narrative. IMNO a bit of human kindness would do wonders for all concerned, but since they can't bill anyone for it, it seems to be in short supply.
