I hope he appreciates the knowledge you have about health and all the work you put into making hi see what needs to be done vs what needs to be avoided.

Thankfully it has been figured out! My drinks are water, tea and black coffee. I infuse my water as well. Good on you to care and search through to find the best drink for him.

I'm happy to hear that you had fun. Yes, sodium is bad when used in large amounts. I had to get on John regarding his use of salt on everything that goes in his mouth. I went shopping for the grandkids on Amazon earlier this morning. Other than that, we give our family cash for Christmas. This way, they can buy what they need or want. When it comes to cleaning products, my favorite is Murphy's Oil Soap. It works great on kitchen cabinets, knick-knacks, floors, and just about anything else you can think of that needs cleaning. My next favorite is Windex. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Good Afternoon
Kabu, I'm so glad that you are in agreement with the doctor. Now I hope Jim follows his orders. I think if he does, he will feel better. Clothes shopping is fun if the stores aren't packed with holiday shoppers. I love to see the decorations they put up. I hope you have a good day!

I am glad the doctor is supporting what you have said about sodium.

Funny (strange) how hard it is to convince someone that salt is so bad for someone with health issues, water retention, high BP, etc. And how much sugar is in so many bottled drinks and "healthy" juices. And how stubborn men can be about accepting a woman's word on it - never mind her medical credentials. Good on you for being stubborn, too!
