Now that I think about it, I only know of one great-grandparents siblings. My maternal grandmother's father had four siblings. He was born in 1894. His youngest sibling was born in 1925. His father had remarried. The youngest died in 2014. It was wild for me to think that my grandfather had a living sibling well into the 21st century.

I believe that women still prefer someone with an education or a decent job. Those days of living on love just don't work in today's economy.

I think there's still some higher level of respect for those with a good education today. I expect many of our ways of being have been around for a few hundred years. Your family history is so interesting and relatable.
