I agree with your dad. It was just ok. Of course, I did not know about the sauce. We all have different taste buds. I like the way you tossed in the new no penny rule.

I don't know how much that would be in pounds and pence, I know fish and chips is over £11. Years ago it was and I ,mean years it was sixpence  Forty sixpences to the pound. Although the watered down vinegar and salt was free. When inflation took hold As an enlisted man I bought myself half a pint of Bitter, sixpence.

They are keeping it simple, but good. Smart. I have never tried their chicken, but I am all for giving them a shot the next time I'm in the area. 🐔

Actually, that appears to be a really limited menu, I agree with you, I wouldn't want to go there regularly.
