Glad that you are writing a bit, I must be one of the old men who do not get Grumpy >I just make all the other folk I meet very Grumpy. Sadly I don't feel old but my old girl who comes for an hour a week said I who ,looked better this week. I wish she would have her
teeth replaced, but her dog is costing her a fortune and she wants to buy a car.
I read in the paper that if one does not have one's cat registered one can be fined A thousand pounds. It seems ridiculous. Archie said ours are strays so we are immune.
I hope so. Some nutter thought it up, it would be bad for stray cats no one would feed them.

So glad Jim is doing better. Don't be afraid of the cataract surgery, I've had it, and it was no big deal. I expected pain & trouble, but there was neither. In fact, was able to drive myself home after an hour or so. I was so surprised to see how much brighter the world was than it had been. I hope your experience is even better.
