- Go to A good nights sleep is a big deal
I'm just glad there's nobody else in the house to be disturbed because I'm up at least 3 or 4 times to use the bathroom and often have to turn on the TV to fall back to sleep. Any time I get 4 hours at a stretch is a good night. I believe it's caused by the silver pigment in my hair.

A good night's sleep is underrated. I'm glad to hear you got a full eight hours of it. I can't remember the last time I slept for an entire night. You'd have thought that two grown men would have offered to help clean up the areas they were using. Next time they come to town, tell them to stay at a hotel.

Lo, Helen, I don't think you are far off from the situation that my sister is in. Her husband just sits in a chair all day and apart from the occasional chore he does not move all day.
Of course she is nearly ninety and her two sons do not seem to realize that she has to cope with all the correspondence and has been on, goodness my memory I cannot think of the wretched pill, but she was put on it thirty years ago and the doctors just try to put her on new tranquilizers which of course are no use when one is addicted to a certain one, I cannot think of the name but I know it used to be used a lot and is very addictive. If I stayed here another few minutes I might think of the name. He also sweats heavily through the night. If I was walking on a tightrope between skyscrapers I might think of that drug.🌺🌺

That is annoying about the sons. Some people are just tone-deaf, unfortunately.
