Re: Kabu.....
Oh! dear Helen, my sisters husband sweats bucketful's through the night she has to wake him as she cannot stretch or move. Fortunately he is good natured and tumbles into a single bed in the next room. Like you she has loads of washing, It is all a strain on one's mental awareness. Sadly there is no easy answer.🌺🌺

I feel for you, my friend. It seems just when you fall back to sleep, it's time to rise. Try to get a few catnaps to rejuvenate yourself. Just remember to keep the faith. It will get better.

Broken sleep is hard on the body. My hubby goes through it regularly with his crazy steel mill hours. A person needs rest so they can rejuvenate. A catnap here and there might do you some good, maybe in between those loads of towels.
Try to enjoy your day. A nice sunny spot with a good book and a comfortable lounger might lend a hand with that nap.

Driving around in the rain - if necessary - can be a bit risky. Slick roads, obscured vision, etc. so, if not necessary, then I vote to stay home and read.

Kabu.....
.....Continuously broken sleep is a hard burden to bear for the helper of a loved one who needs assistance. I hope you have not taken on more than you can chew Lady. Guard your health and strength and save a little for yourself.
