You are right on point, my friend. It has been going on for years. We have to change the way we think collectively. The middle and poor classes must work together. We need leadership to change this. It is all about communications. The only reason we have a middle class is because of unions. They stood up to power to get fair wages. It is so funny but true that a small number of people (The rich and wealthy) control the majority of the population. The rich often pit us against each other. Like they did in the last election.

Compete for scholarships. Don't go into debt to finance your college education. Take one or two classes and work full time, so you can pay as you go. Yes, it's hard work and takes determination, but it's much better than being in debt for the rest of your life to finance your schooling.

Your thoughts are on point, but one way to fix that is to apply for scholarships or grants and work for a college degree. The other is to stay gainfully employed and work up to a better position within the company or start your own business. I have found that the ways to get money in the bank are to work for it, invest, inherit money, win the lottery, or be happy with what you have.
