As a kid back on the farm in South Australia the skies were wonderfully clean unless there was cloud coverage. So many nights we would go outside before bed and gaze at the skies. picking out stars I especially loved the pattern of the saucepan.

Because of nearby city lights, I don't get that view of a sky full of stars, but I did see the moon, sailing high and bright late last night. Always makes me happy to see the clouds cleared away so Ms. Moon can shine.
