I believe sitting under your favorite tree with the dogs and your beautiful wife is the best medicine for now since you must be well loaded with enough drugs.

I wish I knew something that would help you deal with the tremors, etc. Hope the hand & brain are all settled down by the time you read this. Take a deep breath, count to 8 and let it out slowly. Can't hurt, might help.
