Taking a break is always a good idea when you are this busy writing. I used to take a pencil and booklet to write in everywhere with me. I mean everywhere. If something popped into my head I would write it down because later it would be gone. Just a couple of lines to remind me!.

Good idea, taking a break and getting out in nature from time to time. The brain needs to coast awhile between spurts of energy.
