That is my kind of celebration and Easter dinner. When I was a kid living in Delaware, we always had an abundance of Maryland Blue crab for our holiday meals. I was lucky enough to have leftover crab soup. 🦀

I would have loved to visit Australia in my younger days - it has always fascinated me. The spirit of the people, the natural beauty and the animals has always been an attraction, especially since my uncle George married an Aussie girl and brought her home with him after WWII. My Aunt Goldie was amazing! Everyone loved her.
