I hope Jim feels better. I am a lot like Jim. I care about my brothers and sisters in America. My father survived a few riffs (reduction In force layoffs). Although I am concerned, I still believe in the checks and balances created by our forefathers. I am constantly reminded that there are also a lot of good folks looking out for the common man. And as long as we refuse to lay down, we will recover.

I hope Jim feels better and that if need be that he see a cardiologist. As for politics, I don’t have too much of an emotional investment in them. It’s great that Jim worked for HUD.

I try not to become emotionally tangled in political posts. I have heard that stress can kill you and I for one believe it. Confused smile

Kabu.....

......Long ago when my Mom had an appointment  with a new doctor, He was asking her all kinds of questions and charting answers to everything by hand.  This was long ago before computers got involved with health care:

....."Have you ever had any heart trouble?"
     "Yes"
"What kind of heart trouble did you have?
"I don't remember what he called it."
"Did you take medicine for that?"
     "Yes"
     "Digitalis?"
     "No, I didn't tell anyone!"
      (The Doc cracked up laughing)

Every nation, every empire has had its times of madness in power, and for a time we're living it. But there is powerful resistance and there is time and the pendulum swings...  I hope Jim feels better and calmer and you can both worry less.
