I don't mind insects. It is reptiles that cause me to get the chills. Besides, ants don't eat much.

For the same reason you admire ants, who dare not come into my house, I like spiders. They create beautiful geometric webs that catch dewdrops and sparkle in the morning sun, they take out 6-legged bugs. I catch them in a paper towel if I find them walking up my wall and take them back outside to make their way in the world.
