With it just being John and me, my laundry loads are only twice per week. I never dry my clothing, only Johns. I prefer to hang dry my clothing so that it has a longer life and doesn't shrink. That is a lesson handed down from my mom. I washed and dried our bed linens yesterday with a small load of towels, so I am good for a few days. Have a great day and enjoy your fresh laundry.

For mortals things move slowly it is quite mild here today. Perhaps I will do a bit of washing inspired by your comments. I just throw the washed items over a rack and a radiator .
The new washing machine spins stuff fairly dry I suppose I could hang it outside but
everywhere looks damp. We house wives do have lots of problems. 🌺🌺

I hope I can catch up on wash some day. It never seems to stop. Good for you getting through it. Our climate is very dry here. No rain this winter to speak of. The fires seem to have been sparked by the electric company's equipment. It should be underground. Anyway, that won't help the thousands who are suffering now, regardless of cause. Prayers for all.
