It's hard to enjoy the wonderful things in life when you are in pain. I'm glad you got to get out and do exactly that. In Pittsburgh, the Phipps Conservatory is a large property filled with lovely botanical gardens and exhibits that draw in thousands of visitors every year. Holiday magic is the theme for this time of year. The garden displays are gorgeous. Enjoy your day.

Old age isn't for wimps and you have not got there yet.
Sorry you are in pain though The bottom of my feet give me jip.
I know my old grampy use to bind rags around his he said it was
because he had been trodden on by horses. I don't think a clothes horse
is in the same stable. My forecast is that you will gradually get better.

Sorry you're dealing with pain. I know at least one Blogit friend who uses a corn bag warmed in the microwave to ease back pain - comfort without meds. Hope you feel like dancing very soon!
