It does seem that we are going through a milder type of Winter weather. The sky is just grey and depressing for some. I have decided not to worry over anything except filing my toe nails. I used to have a lady to do it but she started torturing me and I ended up being admitted to the Podiatry . They cut my toe mails every three months. So after about a week I have to start filing. It is a small thing compared to Global Warming but one has to look on the bright side. I think I will paint a sun and hang it over my bed, imagination will keep me warm. Do you know dear I bought 2 small bags of coffee and 200grams cost me £13.00. That's the good news perhaps I can have a small drink of wine instead. 🌺🌺🌺

Kabu ma’am,
It’s now beginning to become chilly on a daily basis in our desert state. There is the prediction of severe record cold the next 3 months as we have had 80% more than average rainfall this year. Many towns in Rajasthan were overflowing. The trees outside our flat the peacocks, shrilling all this while, are all gone now. Let’s see how we are to stay warm this frozen season ahead.

I prefer to have it rain through the night than during the day. When it's nice outside, I like to read or putz around my yard. We are expecting rain on Sunday evening. I'll take it since my rain barrel is almost empty. Enjoy your evening.

Good Afternoon
Kabu, I have felt cold all day. I was looking at our Japanese Maple and it's lost almost all its leaves too. Winter is coming before long. I was watching the Weather Station and I saw snow on the ground in different places. I hope you stay toasty warm. I have my heated mattress pad on my bed and I love it. It's so nice and warm.

Watching the birds is fun - I can do that as long as they hang around - squirrels, too. Yesterday while I was with a friend at the shopping center a large black crow landed on top of a tall light pole and began scolding as folks were walking across the parking lot. She said she thought crows were highly intelligent, and I agreed. They're not the best singers, but I like them.
