Humidity does make a major difference with the heat. Even 80-degree days with a lot humidity can feel super miserable.

Silly verse comes to mind as I crochet - if I'm working on a scarf or a beanie hat, it's pretty routine now that I've made many dozens of them - and my mind wanders from keeping count to rhyming lines. It's often silly stuff along political lines. Words that rhyme with stump.
