Good afternoon
Some things are hard to get rid of when they are still usable, but hoarding can be a serious issue once boxes and items begin to climb up the wall to the ceiling, and one must make a trail between the stuff to get from one room to another. My step-grandmother did this, and when she passed, it took the family over a month to clean out the junk. Some of it had zero explanation as to why she wanted it.
