Saving money is always a blessing. I'm happy to hear you have a helper. As for Graysome, he obviously loves his daddy. Animals are like that. They tend to choose their favorite human with obvious actions. 😻

I am glad that you are feeling better. The warmer weather does make one feel; tired.

It will be great to have the car back. I think a lot of folk have gone mad.

They just quote a figure out of the blue if any  service has to be done,

I just painted a section going up the stairs it took half an hour, I was  quoted

£45 plus £10 paint.  Call someone out to just look at stiff lock £90.

It's tough to find a good mechanic. It's so easy for them to exploit our lack of knowledge when it comes to what is wrong with a vehicle and how much it should cost.

Good Morning

Kabu, I'm so glad you have family fixing your car.  It will be done right.  Mr. Graysome is such a character.  I love him!  The sun is starting to come out here after an early morning rain.  We had a barbecue yesterday and Sadie had so much fun.  She loves when people are here.

Susanna will be in K. city for University administration meetings during july. We are hoping to go over there for a couple of days to meet up with her.

What a blessing to have family members who know how to fix things - especially cars. There will be some good travel months left this fall for you and Jim to enjoy a little road trip if Lord Graysome will allow it.  🚗

he does go in the car on occasion because he loves being close to us though car travel has made him car sick.

     .....Does Mr. Graysome ever go for rides with you in the car?  I was packing books today for the move and I came to the section of my shelves that contained books written by Blogit Friends.  I'm going to have to soon get your new book to go with Tom Ugly.
