Good morning
We have a fat baby Robin running around the yard. He or she was born sometime this past week. As for the weather, I believe that the animals do have a sense of the weather. The birds hide away in the trees rather than scamper about the yard and the feeders. 🐦🐣🐤

Animals do have a better gauge of impending weather or geological events. Animals in San Francisco during the big 1906 earthquake were acting fearful before it occurred.
I have a large living room window that I keep bushes high on. Otherwise, I'd have birds crashing into the window all the time.

Good Morning
Kabu, these are all good questions but I don't know the answers. I would say the answer may be yes but it's really hard to say. This is an awesome time of year for the birds, squirrels, and all animals that live outside. One year two birds made a home in one of our hanging plantars right outside our dining room window. It was awesome. They had three babies and stayed until they knew how to fly.

I think perhaps their survival depends on being able to read weather patterns, but those patterns have changed over the past few years. Good luck to all of them.
