- Go to lots of wind and still windy but no rain. No damage here!
A lot of things have been getting lost with the Gen Z culture. I do hope that changes.

Good Morning
Kabu, we've had our fair share of rain. When Sadie goes outside she has to come inside and get cleaned up every time. I think she thinks we are crazy. Hopefully everything will dry out soon. I have to call my landscaper because it's almost that time of year again. I'm always asking my grandkids what something means. When the kids abbreviate on Facebook I have no idea what they are saying. I hope you have a wonderful day filled with lots of sunshine.

I agree with everything. That everyone says. Well what a wimp one might think.
But not so bad as disagreeing, now I am going to eat my chocolate Bunny. 🌺🌺

Good evening
I 100% agree with Pat's thoughts regarding old-time slang. As for the rain and wind...we finally had a damage-free day here and expect another good day tomorrow. Our grass in spots is ankle-high, so I look forward to finishing the yard tomorrow.

I think it is good for younger people to be exposed to slang from the past. It's part of the cultural DNA and adds depth and understanding to the education they're getting on social media. It seems wrong to me that so many people are on their phones while walking for exercise or in a shopping center, not being wholly present. In fact it's kind of insulting when people sitting at a table with you, involved in a conversation, suddenly get on their phones and ignore everyone. Maybe it's just me.
