Okay, that didn't last very long. Still recovering from surgery, but we walked about 1/2 a mile before I got tired. But at least I tried!

I used to do betwee 5 and 9 everyday
Now, I stick with 3

At one point in my life I jogged 9 miles a day. Now my idea of exercise is TV roulette!
