Good Evening
Sea Gypsy, I never think about age. I wonder what that means? I have no idea. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Hello Sis,
My uncle lived to 87 and never for a day I saw him down with illness, except for the last 4 or 5 days. He was a giant of a scholar of Eng literature and negativities would never touch him. But he could fly into rage so easily at someone making errors of spellings, or grammar be it of any subject. He has been my Guru and whatever I am today, I owe it to him. Even when he died he died gracefully.

Hi dear one. Oh but I love having you back here on Blogit and not just for us, but it is good to know the family are not so unwell. I have no concerns about dying for myself. I have lived an amazing life, mostly by accident but so enjoyable and always learning something new. mostly the women in my father's family lived into their 90's and i can see my Sister doing that. For me, when God is ready so will I be.

Good afternoon
Your uncle sounds as though he was a real hoot to be around. I love honesty in a person. I also love that he "forgot about it." He sounds like the old-school Italians who have been a huge part of my family for the past 40 years. As humans, we can control a lot of things. Age is not one of them. He was a smart man.

Oh, yes, a nervous mind can eat away at a person. I know from experience.

Some old guys have a crusty personality that covers a tender
heart. Ya gotta love those guys. Good luck with the vaccination & I hope the rash clears quickly.
