You need a comfy seat with a straight back chair for sitting while you work. I would really love to see the video when you have completed it. Yes, it keeps the mind working, but take care of that back.

Yes I suppose it is a good idea to keep the grey matter working. I think aches and pains come with the deal whether or not one is trying new projects. Rained all day here. A relief really, although I know many need rain more desperately than we do.
