It's been dry where I live. My grass grows regardless of the amount of precipitation. Looking at my yard and my neighbors' lawns as well, you would think it's been a great year for rain.

Not much bite for renovations, I remember someone in Oxford's outskirts. His wife ran up the road to meet him. Don't panic she said, but the man doing some alterations hit the wall and the front of the house has fallen down.

I'm going to message my sister...maybe she knows someone there who can do a great job without costing you an arm and a leg.

Good afternoon
We are headed towards estimates next month after we close on our house later this month. I want to put in a garden window in the kitchen and get a new entryway door installed. As for the dry spell, we could use some rain here as well. Enjoy your evening.

Good Evening
Kabu, I've been waiting for my second estimate for two weeks. I have no idea what is taking so long. I hope this contractor works for you. I love Jim and Mr. Graysome together.

Your two boys get along so well together. It's a tribute to your sweet
ways with them. I hope the third time's a charm and this next contractor wants the job, offers a fair price and can git 'er done in a timely way.
