Well, what else could Jim say? Let me think. Yes, it tastes like my mother used to make. Um, um, no I think I've said enough. As we now do not eat breakfast I must not mention food. Wully wallup Oh' that is stomach groaning.

Good evening
Oh well, trial and error. All good things take time. Cheese is a really nice ingredient to add to quiche. I prefer my quiche without the crust, and I love the addition of fresh spinach and mushrooms.

Sis makes great quiche, but since I have never liked eggs very well I do not make them or have great desire for them. It takes me a month to use 1/2 doz eggs. I use them in pancakes or corn muffins.

Hurrah! Three cheers for quiche! And now that you've picked up the
chef's tools to try it again, you can tweak it to suit your best customer! Funny thing about time. A day can take "forever" but a decade goes by in the blink of an eye.
