My mother and I once made quiche for a middle school French class luncheon. It was a hit.

Good luck, with your cooking, I have had a try at most things. Like peeling banannas no that is too easy, but I will explain if you wish.
Pickling walnuts, well yes that was easy, making peppermints, toffee apples, of course making tobacco home grown, wine out of most things, the list is endless, I won't mention the still. Got to rush another jab on offer.

My mom made quiche from time to time. Sometimes bacon and onion--that's Q Lorraine, I think, and had swiss cheese. But she'd experiment with other things, too, like broccoli, mushrooms... I don't recall that she ever used dried tomatoes, they weren't much of a thing back then.

Good afternoon
I have eaten quiche, but I have never made it. My brother makes it quite a bit. He adds spinach and cheese to his. From what I've seen, it looks easy to make. Thank goodness for frozen pie crust. Me thinks you will do an outstanding job!

Good luck! I don't think I've ever made a quiche.
Now, chocolate chip cookies: that's a whole nother story.
