I had Oklahoma City relatives at that time so it was a bit traumatic,  would have anyway as it was terrible.

I confess dear it didn't have the same impact on me for I was living in Australia. One sadly had come to expect terror to happen in the USA by then. They had killed Kennedy!

Good afternoon

It was a horrible day in history for many people. It will go down in history as being one of the most terrible. For me though, it was a day to celebrate my 15th anniversary with John, and today we are now celebrating our 37th.

not quite so enormous - still shock and confuse me. Who knows what gets into people to let them think taking lives and inflicting pain on others will make their own lives better? Too bad we don't have a national day to remember when nothing happened to disturb the peace.
