You should see me hobbling around after I get out of bed or after sitting in a chair too long. What helps me a lot to become more limber is to hold onto the back of a chair and walk in place taking high steps and movements. That seems to get me going for the moment.

I would not yearn for teens or twenties again... maybe 30s. Mostly, though, the health I had before bad habits and indulgence had to be paid for.
