FSI, I think you made a wise decision when you ended commissions. I think in your business you have to think about the bottom line. Fortunately, your employees are taking it well. Cleaning the vacuums is definitely going to be an added expense but I do believe you are making a good decision. I hope you have a good day.

Good morning
I have never had a membership to a carwash, so I had no clue that anything like this even existed. I usually wash and detail my vehicles at home, but I can see that commission being a nice perk for the carwash employees.
