I wonder if it is not similar to our Eggspectation here in Quebec? They are well known for delicious and varied breakfast meals. And I'm sorry - I haven't been writing everyday but will try harder.

Now it has passed well not much.

Kabu, I hope you have a good day. Let's hope the new kitchen floor will be beautiful. I have to say your gnomes are so excited to see the house when it's all done. I hear them talking about it all the time. They are a little worried about your outside plants. I told them not to worry. I love pancakes and now that I've read this post I think I'm going to have to make some this weekend. Roy was just talking about chili this morning. Does Jim put lots of peppers in his? I have some homemade sauce in the freezer and I can whip some up in no time. On really chilly days we love to watch movies on Netflix.

I would hope that chili does you good. I think I am going to do me an Ahi tuna chunk some way....or else eat left-over veggie soup. Not much in a mood to work hard at dinner making.

Your lunch at Jimmy's Egg sounds really good, but I've never seen
one of those places in this area. I don't get out much. I hope your kitchen updates will make it a joy to be in it after the dust settles. By this time next week you should be a much happier girl.

Good afternoon
I love a good brunch that offers sweet and savory choices. I normally make my own, but sometimes we got to Eat n Park for their breakfast buffet. I took the time to look up Jimmy's Egg and I have to say that the breakfast menu caught my attention with the Queso Blanco burrito, the Baja omelet, or the country skillet. Yum! There are so many choices. You guys are lucky to have this place nearby. Although there are quite a few locations, they skipped right over Pennsylvania. The nearest one to us is in New York.
