I took heavy amounts of iron tablets and drank with grape juice. Doctor said that was best way to absorb as much as possible of the iron.

Good morning
That is a bother. Eating shellfish is a great way to get your iron levels back up. Growing up near the ocean and the bay, we used to go crabbing. I've never really been big on lobster, but I do love some fresh Maryland Blue crab that has been seasoned in Old Bay. Fresh spinach tossed into a garden salad may help your iron deficiency. Beans, mushrooms, and chocolate are great too.

My mother has dealt with anemia before in her life. For her, it was as simple as watching her diet.
Four-foot lobsters? I've never seen one that big.

Good Morning
Kabu, thankfully I think there will be an easy enough remedy for iron deficiency. Spinach has a lot of iron in it. I just made a nice batch of it last night for dinner. I'm a big fan of spinach. It's one of my favorite vegetables. We are ready for your gnomes. My gnomes and fairies have been planning for the end-of-summer picnic and we have lots of things planned for them while they are here. My plan is to keep them so busy they will be too tired to get into much trouble. I'm not sure how that will work though. We shall see. Sgt. Mulberry will be here and he's my backup plan. Trying to cover all bases. I hope you have a great day.

Mama used to insist we eat our spinach because we needed iron -
and she also served liver & onions quite often. Of course we were hungry so we ate it, but my kids absolutely hated it. I hope you feel much better soon.

Unfortunately we don't feel we are 21 when we are tripping over the broomstick
instead of jumping over it. I could send you a potion but it would make make you so
attractive to Hedgehogs besides Knights in shining armour. If you have anything for
aches and pains as long as it is not fish related. We use to catch crayfish they were
only about 6inches or so long I would not fancy them now the rivers are too polluted.
Hope you feel better

Whatever it is, you'd better take care of it. We don't want you tired all the time. That's a drag.
