Thank you. Yes, I have a small crew coming over in the morning to do some of the work the two of us couldn't do because it was "above our pay grade." We are still several months out from having this place done the way we want it, but the "destruction" part of it is almost done. I bought a HUGE couch yesterday with a matching swivel chair for $400 at a side-street business. They even delivered it!
It took three men and a boy to get into the house, but it is nice. It's about seven feet long and I'm betting its original cost was well over $2500. Lisa likes to swivel while watching television or talking, so this will be something she'll appreciate.
