I think this was one on its own looking for a good nesting place hopefully it was a field rat. Yes shoulder pain is horrible a job to stretch to reach. Take care.

Two versions Pat I get it every Five years or so, it must be dormant once I can pick a dollar off the floor without swearing it might be on the mend. Doctor gave me such a low dose of steriods it was like have an extra glass of water.

Yes Taps not too old to do the Hokey Cokey. In out in out shake it all about you do The Hokey Cokey and turn around that's what its all about. I suppose when one is twenty it seems like good fun.

I really like your poem. I am the oldest living relative now in any of my family. Your poem reminded me of that. I am thankful to have a lot of living relatives younger than I who are very loving and ready to be helpful if/when needed.

I am with you - wishing fervently for a lovely mild winter. I'd prefer one
that last six months or so. I hope the fibromyalgia (spelling it wrong, sorry) clears up and you can move fluidly and without pain very soon.

Good afternoon
Rats carry such nasty diseases. Hopefully, Archie did not get affected by any of them. As for you, dealing with muscle and joint pain is the worst. I find it debilitating. I have it in my shoulder. Thank goodness for pain medications. I avoid steroids due to the weight gain that comes with that sort of treatment. Ice packs help as does heat. I hope that you get your pain sorted out.
