Perhaps its easy to get a wash when it is raining. Suppose some folk don't like paying up front or cannot budget .

FSI, I'm not sure what the reasoning would be to get a full wash when it is raining. There must be a reason but I'm not sure what it is.

Good morning
I don't get it either. It seems like a waste of money but to each his own. I know that when we have snow, slush, and salted roads, we wash our vehicles regularly so that the salt doesn't rust them out.
