I didn't have the beach nearby, but the green woods were
full of a chapel feeling on cool misty days as the fog lifted. Pity the poor girl who must sweet-talk the neighbor out of a slice of bread for her supper.

I grew up as you may remember on a Peninsular so was never far from the sea. I have always loved to walk an empty beach and get my thoughts together. Can't do that here ofcourse.

Good afternoon
Some of my best childhood memories are of those when I searched the sandy beaches of Delaware for shells, silver dollars, and trinkets lost by the beach goers.
