Blogitsville was once an intensely lovable place, excitement writ all around. The everage responses were 35 or thereof. And, the comments were from their hearts. Not so nowadays. Everything has become too mechanical and morose. A good ode C C T

Well Pat it takes a certain discipline to write every day. As you say we do not know
what circumstances our lost blogit friends are in. I expect you have heard it before
but years ago one lady on here said if everyone gave her the price of a cup of coffee
it would enable her to move with her six dogs. I suppose some are over-optimistic.

FS I once put two or three poems on a poetry site I have had an email every day for two years asking me to rejoin. I know you said once and I agree at times, but there is an awful lot in that category.

Ah yes, the 'Glory Days' of Blogit... When there were love affairs, and frienemy battles, and gratuitous snark and comments that turned into long conversations... So many have left who were once great contributors to the Blogit Village life! Some left who just didn't get what they were after, here. Those who have stayed, I think, valued the friendship and connection more than anything else.

Good Evening
Blogit feels like a real-life family unit. Everyone is different but then again we are similar in many ways. I love reading all the posts. I think I might be the newest one here and I'm amazed at how long you've known each other. I hope that you have been drinking your tea and getting some rest.

It seems too many of our dear Blogit neighbors have had power
outages, family emergencies and the onset of serious illness to deal with. Much more important than reading and posting here, of course. But I miss them. I hope you are doing well. I look forward to seeing your posts and comments every day.
