I just noticed I had not commented. Merino wool is the best, I've known
ladies here who shear their own sheep, spin the wool into thread. They dye it and sell it at our summer farmers' market uptown. I haven't seen you on Blogit for far too long. Are you OK?

Catching up. Sounds like a great back yard. I've never cooked lamb.
I'm sure yours is great.

Sounds good although we rarely eat meat. I still have two or three Marino blankets One came from a batch that I was told was being sent to Indians.

Your experience with lamb is paying off well with the meal. That does sound good.

Good Evening
Kabu, I've never made lamb. I'm sure Jim will love your lamb because you know just how to make it. I hope your plants are doing good. Have a wonderful night. We are going down to freezing again so the plants are in the house.

It has been ages and ages since I have eaten lamb and I don't think I have ever cooked any myself. My Dad loved meat of all kinds and when I was young we had lamb now and then. I really liked it when we did. Mom was a good cook.
