Good Morning

Kabu, I love your posts on time travel.  When I read about your past I understand what a beautiful person you are.  I know you've lived through good times and bad times and I enjoy reading about your adventures.  My all-time favorite is the double-decker bus when your boys were young.  Do your boys have memories of that time?

My dad himself does not remember when he started to swim. As far as he can remember, he could always swim. The same with reading.

Of course, you should have been a film star. Just in the wrong place. Or an astronaut.

Never mind we all wish for some things that pass by seamlessly. Life is just passing

time and I hope you can have many happy years,

Oh, and that backward time travel and memory thing: works for me, too.

Having an older sister who provides a story you can read is a blessing.

As the older sister myself, I fear I was a perfect example of what NOT to do... Both my sisters were married for over 60 years and outlived their hubbies. But I found out the happily ever aftering can be done solo if one has a mind for it.

Good afternoon

Growing up on a farm with three seasides available sounds lovely. I too grew up near the water, but my first swimming lesson was from being thrown into the deep end of my stepgrandfather's inground swimming pool. I remember that moment like it was yesterday. I doggy paddled to the edge of the pool, choking and in a panic all the way.
