Well, I guess it is there on Google if we need it. I don't remember smelling it for a long time though.

Now there is a word i have never heard before and will have forgotten by tomorrow but i do love the smell you are talking about.

It's funny. There's a car wash pre-soak chemical called Summer Breeze that smells like a summer rain. I don't know how that scent was bottled up.

I don't think I have ever heard that word. Thank you!
I do love petrichor, and remember especially how it was when I lived near deep forests in western Washington, all the evergreens, the cedars and pines and fir trees were especially refreshing.
