Take it easy, my friend. Vertigo needs to be investigated. There are many reasons for it, some serious, some not, but get it checked out.
Take care, dear lady.

I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this. It's always something for us humans that are past 50 or so. I certainly hope this was a one-time experience of that magnitude and that it will not happen again. Wishing you the best. Love you!

Good afternoon
Oh, no! It happened to me when we traveled by train from Pittsburgh to Reno. I hit my head on the metal compartment above our seat and just a few minutes later while sitting on the viewing train with the huge windows, I looked up into the Winnemucca, Nevada sun, and I was not the same for four days. I was helped off of the Amtrak by my dad and hubby and taken to the nearest trash can where I completely lost my breakfast. From there I slept an entire day and night. The spinning never once stopped, so my parents insisted that I go to the local Urgent Care facility. I was given a pill onsite and a follow-up prescription. The pill helped, but keeping my eyes closed was the only comfort and relief from the spinning. I slept for three more days before the spinning subsided. I have not had a recurrence, and I do not wish that experience on anyone. It is worse than debilitating. I truly hope that you feel better.

I hope you're feeling much better this morning and considering
the wisdom of consulting a doctor about what's up...

As nurse, do you have any notion of what is causing the vertigo? I don't like the sound of it at all. As Goldiec suggests, maybe a consultation with a doctor would be a good idea?

Good Morning
Kabu, I hope you are feeling better today. I think if this continues you might want to make a trip to the doctor. Hopefully, your headache has passed this morning and everything is back to normal. I'm sending many blessings your way for a pleasant Sunday. Of course, I can't help but worry but hopefully, the day begins on a good note.
